About the Role
We're looking for a DevOps Engineer with hands-on experience in building secure, scalable, and automated cloud infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone who loves working at the intersection of development, operations, and security—and is passionate about performance, reliability, and continuous delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support rapid software delivery
Automate infrastructure provisioning using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi
Monitor system performance and proactively resolve infrastructure bottlenecks
Implement cloud security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards
Support development teams with infrastructure, deployment, and container orchestration
Manage infrastructure in AWS, Azure, or GCP and maintain high availability environments
Lead incident response and postmortem analysis for production issues
What We’re Looking For
4+ years of DevOps, Site Reliability, or Infrastructure Engineering experience
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible, Helm, etc.)
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration
Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog)
Solid scripting skills (Bash, Python, or Go preferred)
Understanding of security protocols, IAM policies, and cloud compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001)
Nice to Have
Certifications in AWS, Kubernetes, or DevOps
Experience with zero-downtime deployments and blue/green or canary release strategies
Exposure to microservices, event-driven architectures, and serverless technologies
Prior work in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, or government)
