What You’ll Do

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities through outbound and inbound efforts

  • Conduct product demos and presentations to potential clients

  • Build strong relationships with prospects to understand their needs and position solutions effectively

  • Manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools to track and report on activity

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to drive revenue growth and retention

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in SaaS or B2B software sales

  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach, cold calling, and handling objections

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented

  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling to [industry-specific audience – e.g., construction, HR, finance, etc.]

  • Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger

  • Passion for technology and helping clients solve problems
